Refund policy

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have exactly 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Requests made after this 7-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective seals intact.
You must provide the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include: Clearance/sale items, gift cards, and personalized or custom orders.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at Satamila04@gmail.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package (and a return shipping label, if applicable).
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged products, we highly recommend taking a clear photograph or unboxing video to share with our support team.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
