1. Order Processing Time

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. In-Store Pickup (Optional - Remove if not applicable)
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store location: After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within [1 to 2 business days]. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will generally be active within 24 hours. You can track your order directly on our website or via the delivery carrier's portal.
5. Damages and Lost Packages
Sasta Mila is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at Sastamila04@gmail.com with a clear unboxing video or photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will do our best to assist you in finding a resolution or filing a claim with the shipment carrier.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. International Shipping

Option A (Domestic Only): We currently do not ship outside of India.

Option B (International): We offer international shipping to [List Countries/Regions]. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sasta Mila is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
